Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after oder confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Dastan Fabrics Returns & Exchange Policy

Returning an item is easy if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • The item must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Cut fabric (custom-measured orders)
  • Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)
  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at dastanfabricscare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Ship the item back to the provided return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (if applicable)
  • Defective or damaged items

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
