Products & Orders

Dastan Fabrics sells raw fabrics and textiles through its online store. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product colors and textures may vary slightly from on-screen representations due to monitor display settings and the natural characteristics of textile materials. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this inherent variability.

Payment Terms

Dastan Fabrics currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the sole payment method. Payment is due at the time of delivery. By placing a COD order, you agree to the following:

  • You will be present at the delivery address to receive and pay for your order.
  • Payment must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) in the exact invoice amount.
  • Refusal to accept or pay for a delivered order without valid reason may result in your account being suspended or future COD orders being declined.
  • Dastan Fabrics is not responsible for any discrepancies caused by incorrect delivery address information provided by the customer.

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only actual delivery times may vary due to location, courier availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of placement.
  • Delivery is carried out through third-party courier partners. Once dispatched, tracking information (where available) will be shared with you.
  • Dastan Fabrics is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer's absence or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges may be requested under the following conditions:

  • The item received is significantly different from what was described or displayed on our website.
  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • A return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date by contacting our support team with photographic evidence.

Items that have been cut, washed, altered, or used in any way are not eligible for return. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
